We have a dead cherry tree just outside our window, it has not been removed because the wild life love it and a rambling rose grows over it! I noticed last Autumn that some fungi were growing on the branches, and today the squirrel found it, tearing the little brackets off and devouring them, not taking them to squirrel away but such a delicious feast.

Odd one out Susan, as I don't enjoy the grey's in my garden...too costly!
