Well, had a wonderful few days in Warwickshire, though on Monday the day of travel, and also on the first full day (Tuesday) the weather was rather grey and gloomy...from then on it was lots of sunshine for the rest of the week!
Our lovely hotel, the Charlecote Pheasant, was located in the village of Charlecote, some 4½ miles east of Stratford-upon-Avon and 6 miles south of Warwick.
After getting settled in, I had a wander across the road into the village's St Leonard's Church. Rebuilt 1851-3, the church stands on the site of an earlier 12th century church on the edge of Charlecote Park. It was instigated and paid for by Mrs Mary Elizabeth Lucy, whose family resided at the Park.
The actress Judi Dench married actor Michael Williams in 1971 (who she also starred with in the TV sitcom 'A Fine Romance'), and they later lived in the village for 12 years. When Michael died in 2001, he was buried here in St Leonard's Church graveyard, and his grave is shown here in V2. The church interior can be seen in V3.
A bit of catching up to do on here, and lots of images to process too!
Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 4 and Photoshop Elements 11.
Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

Hi Trev.
A stunning set, all excellent and superb processing, V3 my choice, going to ask a favour of you, Going to send you a PM with my email address, would you send me the photo of Michael Williams grave, I want to send it to my Sister in law who was very good friends, with both of them, she could not attend the funeral as she lived in Cyprus at that time.
Regards
Trev.
A fine building beautifully portrayed here, and the grave shot is amazingly crisp.
I remember the program fondly.... Susan Penhaligon was gorgeous!! A beautiful church, Trev, the interior image is very well captured.

A grand set, Trev; as usual, your processing is ideal for architectural edifices whatever the weather!
Regards
Bill
A great set ....as I have become used to seeing from your fine self
I do like your processing, Trev. We see plenty of church pictures on this site, but they hardly ever grab my attention like yours have.
Very good set, Trev, and as already mentioned, your choice of processing lends itself particularly well for architecture.
A very un-pretentious gravestone to Mr. Williams.
