Morning all. Apologies for lack of C&Cs recently, but internet problems have been prevailing at this end. Yesterday afternoon, we took my parents and sister and her hubby to Pitlochry to see the Enchanted Forest. The idea was to take them for tea first then to the show. Haha, did not go as planned. The navigator (me) became distracted, took us to Aberfeldy. The driver (hubby) lost his rag. The sat nav then wanted to take us via Loch Tummel, the navigator did not agree as this was a very long way round. The driver then chucked the sat nav at the navigator, and also said a few choice words. The family did not get a meal before going to the show. It was also chucking it down with rain! What a lovely family outing. They did eventually have a meal after having seen the show, and the navigator paid by way of apology. Oh, and the navigator was so miffed, she left her monopod in the car, so had to do all shots hand held. And that is only half the story. This should have been a silly Sunday shot I think.
Will not be around much over the weekend as I have my retirement party tomorrow night, will try to keep up as much as time allows, so apologies if only clicks.

A tale of a family outing gone slightly wrong, but all's well that ends well. Is the lightshow as good in this new setting Moira?

A great commentary on the family outing......can just imagine the scene. And what a great shot to get, hand held and with an ISI set at 1600 ....... excellent stuff. Just hope you were all able to appreciate the light show after all these little 'diversions' on the way.
Ronnie.

Moira, I somehow missed this yesterday - don't know how but I did! Sorry! It's a beautiful shot & a wonderful tale. Hope you have a really great party - enjoy it! Catch up when you want to not when you feel you have to! Bad heads & all that!! Tongue. Lou

Me too - Missed it too and such a shot, but the story is just a classic and can relate to it entirely lol. Hope you have the best of parties - enjoy it..Jo
