marginally high-key for my own tastes but drawn to the image nonetheless.. would potentiall also crop out the far background tree/bush area as it is a potential, albeit minor, distraction

I love the warm tones in this image,
but I too find the little dark bits at top a minor distraction.
In fact you could possibly take it right down to the 'light line'.
Otherwise a wonderful image.
