Lovely portrait of a cute little dog.

Photographically I'd suggest watching your choice of background as although thrown nicely out of focus it is distracting due to the vividness of the green lawn split by the dark foreground. For the subject the eyes need lifting a little to bring them to life - that little glint or sparkle. If Stanley is a patient fellow and not put off by your antics! then a piece of white card next to the camera to push some light from the window back onto Stanley should give a stronger highlight for the eyes.

Non the less a nice portrait.
