Here's another photograph of the beautiful Melissa.

The original photo was shot on a plain grey background. I added the rest with PS.

Thanks again to Brian (bdeephoto) for letting me join his shoot and for exposing me to a bit of fashion photography.

It's quite a striking shot and a little bit away from the ordinary (which is good). But the mask around the legs is far too tight to work in a realistic way - a few pixels of feather would have made the blend better. I also have to question why you've added texture to her legs (unless she has really bad impetigo!). A contrast in texture against the background would have worked much better IMO.

Still a good piece of work - wouldn't bother commenting if I thought otherwise...

I think Chris has hit the nail on the head regarding the legs.

On the whole though this is both creative and well thought out, I personally think its very nice and with just a small amount of work its got the potential to be excellent.

Keep em coming kid.

Ian

Thanks all for the feedback and thanks Chris for the critique. I thought about removing the texture from her legs and then decided against it. I guess I should have!

I think this would work better without the texture.
The pose looks good, as well as her expression!
the masking seems off here and there, did you lose your patience? hehe....it is demanding, making these things...
I get the feeling you added the final texture to "patch over" a little?
A crop from the left could also be considered.
not bad at all, but could be betterSmile
