This is the third time I've photographed this model, this time she approached me to collaborate with her on some ideas she had for hair and makeup. So was more than willing cause she is a beautiful person inside and out.
We did this last night in my home studio. Only one light is used for this shot (the hair lamp did not go off unfortunately, so was just one light).
She is a shooting star, burning brighter and brighter, she is a star inside and out and her beauty shines out to the universe

thanks guys for the feedback and yes when the makeup was going on we did joke about it looking like a black eye, but it was inspired by another photography Marilyn Minters who shoots a lot of makeup looks that are more textural, and so I thought to compliment it with a cosmic explosion of colours, as to me the makeup just exploded onto her eye and the glitter through her hair and down her neck....I still have lots of glitter in my house hehehe, love it!
