Taken at dusk on the Somerset levels, this image, part of some estimation of three and a half million starlings was a spectacular sight to see with for moments the sky turning black with the vast numbers and the murmeration of wing beats as they soared across the sky creating patterns whilst under attack from buzzards and a peregrine falcon. Although the images are soft, one can see at the right of the image a buzzard
