Suits the title perfectly. That water looks unbeleivably smooth. I like the composition but the sky is a little too washed out, but still a nice capture.

I bet this would look good in b&w. As Tom said, the sky is a little washed out, if you separate it from the foreground you may be able to coax some more character out of it with curves but I'm not convinced it is necessary anyway, the fact that the mountain is hazy saves it.

If this doesn't work in B&W I would try Tone Mapping. Its a great shot no matter what others say
