A very beautiful natural still life. Very nice.
I looked at the mono, and although it is nice, the subtle tones of this image is more beautiful to my eye at least.

Composition and crop working together. It's as though the stems are drifting in deep water.
I agree with the above by the way. B&W loses the subtlety. When colour actually adds something, it's worth respecting that.
