Stopham Bridge is said to be the finest medieval bridge in Sussex. Built in 1423, to replace a wooden structure, it was
only closed to traffic in the 1980's when a modern span was built alongside. A fine little pub is handilly placed on the
east side, so the bridge now serves as a drinking platform ![]()
The LARGE option is worth it; picture that is, not the wine.
Oh, I don't know though.
