Excellent image. The wave is powerfully animated as it bursts from the gap between the detailed stonework of the mighty seawall and foundation of the pier. You have also captured at a good moment for the light, a break in the cloud letting a hint of sun through to bring out the colour. The right spot for composition, the right moment for maximum visual impact. Well done Tony.
Lovely the way the cloud echoes the curve of the wave. I like this one a lot.
This is all a bit of a surprise! When I went to bed late last night I had 5 clicks. By the time I woke up this morning I had 15. What time do you people come to this site?!
And now that I'm at work, I logged on to write a note of thanks to you all, to find I've received my first EC. I'll be smiling all day

Love the curve of the clouds reflecting the curve of the wave, just for starters and then there is all the rest. Brilliant.

amazing. everything about it. it's like an old painting, they used to draw that stuff. it would be the greatest moody adventure. i have no patience for taking landscapes, i can't wait for the sun to be in a certain position.
