This is a great sky Billy. I wasn't sure if it needed much improvement,
I did a mod just for fun - cropped a bit off sea since image is about the sky.Tweaked it in levels and contrast
A little extra cyan boost.
Then I tried a mono which I think works quite well.
I burned in some detail in clouds.
I'll leave judgement to you and the team

I agree with Kate regarding the sky. It really is quite impressive and I can see why you wanted to get this shot.
Unfortunately, while the sky's really attractive, the rest of it has been left a little dark. There's actually plenty of colour and detail in there. It just needs coaxing out.
I've uploaded a mod in which, firstly, I've used the shadows/highlights tool to hopefully enhance the sky a little further, having selected it first.
Then I've selected the land bit and used curves to inject some life back into it.
I then selected the sea and again used shadows/highlights to brighten it just slightly.
Finally, I put all three pieces back together; the joins aren't great but you'll get the idea.
All done in CS6.
Hope this helps.
Bren.
Edit: I cropped a tiny bit off of the bottom to remove some damage that I'd caused with the lasso.
As you know, I wouldn't crop anything to place something on a third.
Kate's mono version's good.
You have a great sky and you've exposed for it, but you still have a blown area top right. In contrast, the foreground is very underexposed and the ship virtually disappears. In addition, you have the horizon almost across the middle of the frame and the boat is smack in the middle.
Dull composition, I would think about cropping the right side to lose the blown highlight, cropping some of the water to emphasise the sky more, and trying to bring out the ship with some selective dodging. It looks like you hand held the camera too, unless you've lost some sharpness in the upload.
As you can see in the b+w mod, a lot of the interest is the same tone and doesn't stand out. There is a picture here, but I don't think this is it.
