Sorry good people I was not able to upload yesterday due to Christmas commitments, and just no time these days. Many thanks to everyone for votes/comments they all mean a lot to me.
Love this image, striking to the eye ;D
Classic! I like both of these, they work differently. V1 for the long lines, but V2 really makes much more of the red and green details.
Three wonderfully composed and crafted images of this wonderful old lighthouse John. You can grab a wonderful ciup of tea and a slice of something nice in the cafe arounfd the back....
Three images of the subject all captured with excellent symmetry, John.
Like all three equally.
A wee bit more the V1, great formal shots of pristine quality!
The red and green are so vibrant against the grey, John. Three good versions with maybe v2 shading it.
Like all three, John.
Three lovely images John. They can share the vote, all are excellent
I cant choose...................... I love them all
Three excellent versions. While the close-ups are strong the fuller lead-in of V1 is most to my taste. The colour is every bit as good as the b&w
I like each version, exceptionally well composed and captured.
All have great merit bot I like the more open view in V1----- and that sky!
I like all three and the red is nice in contrast to the white, I like the walls leading in V1. regards leon. Have a splendid Christmas you and family, and a better new Year.
Looks equally as good in colour, John, and think V1's my fave
A very Merry Christmas to you!
The colour is more to my liking, John, and that sky looks wonderful. It seems a shame to remove that vibrant red, but I have to admit, before I saw the colour version, I really liked the mono.
Different camera crops, different povs and totally different images - same place, but different.
The very best to you and yours for Christmas and the coming New Year.
It's lovely to see the colour version which I really like and I agree with your choice with your first upload with those great long lead in lines. Super stuff John!
Excellent shots John love the way you have centralised it. Have a great christmas and new year all the best mate.
Wonderful location beautifully captured.
Three wonderful variants, John lots of wonderful detail and colour, a cracker, but i still prefer your previous black and white image.
well done my friend.
Quote: Wonderful location beautifully captured.
Can't decide between the colour and mono, a cracking set of images, John
Nice set John. I particularly like V1.
Happy New Year
