Love this shot, I made one of these heads a good few years ago for our local carnival. It was 7 feet wide by 6 feet high by 6 feet deep. The lower jaw was hinged and we had a smoke machine inside puffing smoke out. We were awarded first place by the judges. I will try and find a picture and upload it.
