Beautifully timed. Silhouettes with a spring in their step. The balance of the two figures with the disappearing cyclist is perfect.
I wish you had included the top of the arch, just to frame the scene satisfyingly, but that's a minor quibble.

Pedestrians, cyclists, cars, all going in different directions, but there is a certain oreder to the apparant chaos. A calmness.
