I have seen cormorants standing still with their wings held stretched out but have never been near enough ti get a shot; you have managed well her though, Ed.

No this was taken on the Maundy Thursday, the weather was much better that day and I saw a lot more birds than when I visited with you

I saw several of these in the Saugatucket river and the Salty Brine last time we were in Rhode Island--- One caught a fish! a most interesting bird, like your view of him drying off
