Stumpy

Stumpy is a male Blackbird. He spent the last two winters in my garden and he's here again ready for this coming winter.
He does very well out there in the wild and, so far, has flown off with a mate each spring.
He's never had a tail. In his peak condition, he's exactly like this image.
