Succulent - Echeveria species.

A flowering stem of a member of the succulent family.
The flowers are about 1 cm dia and tubular in shape.
The plant forms many small rosettes that the stems rise from.

mine like this bloomed this year also..we call it "hen and chicks" and the blooms were awesome.very nice capture.

I also have this plant indoors, - fascinating stems of flowers it produces, but you are not supposed to touch the leaves at all as something in your fingers marks them

a really nice image of them though, you have done them justice
