Last one for now... honest. St Paul's creeping in on the far right, the red line is London Bridge, and HMS Belfast, under the bridge, is joining in with the coloured light changes. The lights on the towers at this moment are actually advertising, one is EDF energy, whom I suspect are sponsoring the light show as it followed on after a few minutes.
Iso 200, f16, 1.6sec, 32mm. Tripod and remote release.

Very good comp Dave I like the way the shard gives good balance to the overall capture, I like this best of all, the red sky just makes it a stunner for me.

A fine composition, Dave, with so much included I could spend ages working out what is where (not being that familiar with London geography).
Beautifully exposed with so much verging on the silhouette but with just the necessary amount of light spread over the frame.
A beautiful shot and one which is great advert for the City.
