I found a field of sun flowers.. and then another, are they more common in the UK this year..

As for the pic, the lighting is pretty average, I want to go back when I have some evening light.. but the clouds were dramatic at around about mid day..

This shot through to the wind the concept of rule of thirds and instead goes for the gardeners principle of trianlges.

excellent shot.I agree the clouds really make them stand out.when I took them last week it was a dull sky.Didn't stand out half as well as yours
