Thanks Ian,

No this wasn't posed. I pretended to clean my camera then placed it on the table and fired it with my remote, hoping that they wouldn't notice it.

They were a fascinating couple and their dialogue between each other was straight out of Creature Comforts.

Great image. Did you blur the foreground table in PS? Anyway works well. Muted colours very effective.
