This has loads of potential !!
I like it, but I think you have used to much Clarity or pulled the Highlights back a little to much because you can tell around the trees branches where they are lighter than the sky.
I love the foreground reflection 
Stunning photo!!! I love the texture of the snow as well! Great capture!
