This is as good as the light got on Saturday morning, taken about 10 minutes before sunrise from White Moss overlooking Rydal Water. From here I hiked up to Allcock Tarn where it was windy, bitterly cold and had completely clouded over so I quickly made my way back down.
This shot is probably a bit dark but that's how it was.
