This is last nights sunset taken on the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki, Greece.
On the way home from a day at the beach, actually the beach we go to is just to the left, out of frame. I know this place very well and conditions were perfect last night with no wind at all making the lagoon in front of the strip of trees perfectly still. The mountain in the background is the Holy Mountain (Mount Athos). The sunsets in Greece are fantastic, the colours are amazing as you can see. I was actually facing east when taking this picture. I've included the map location if anyone's interested.
