the bit i really love is the water, so beauifully rendered its an image in its own right as a pattern.

the sky looks a little heavy in relationship to the water, almost as if its been subject to excessive grad filtering yet i suspect its as taken without. either way it would lighten a litttle. also some of the lights on the bank are a little bright and overpowering and some of the brighter ones could be cloned out quite easiliy.

for f22 the bridge dosnt look crisp enough and im wondering how you supported the camera, if it was solid enough on the tripod or if you considered mirror lock up to prevent shake during the long exposure. or even did you have optical stabilisers whilst using a tripod. something has induced slight camera shake during the exposue.

i guess its hard to speak about a location not having beeg there, but i think it would be compositionally stronger if you could get nearer to the bridge with a wider angle lens in order to bring a stronger diagonal across the composition with the bridge springing from the top left.

for all that its a lovely scene and the colours and water are spectactular
