Gaz I think it is (or Monkey Man as I call him).
This is a totally awesome concert shot. They can be so difficult. Fantastic lighting and expression. You deserve at least 40 votes for this, sadly not everyone on this site is into concert photography. If you like REM check out my efforts (nowhere near as good as this I'm afraid!)
