Back to March and a wonderful morning sitting on the shore down at Elgol, watching the dawn break over the Cuillin Hills across the loch.

Beautiful dream-like quality to this lovely image !.....the colours & 'mood' are awesome.....1st class !
Nice to see the summit of Sgurr-na-Stri was clear (centre dark peak ), one of my favourite tops.....it's been many years since I stood on it's summit....the views of the rest of the Cuillins
from there is spectacular, & well worth the climb.....such lovely memories !!!!!
Love the fog!
Thank you Lesley, Keith, Bogdan and Jessica.
Keith its the one summit I have climbed on the Cuillin, is Sgurr-Na-Stri - walked in from The Sligachan, fell into a river, with camera round neck, and still did the walk. Determined, bloody-minded and stubborn are a few names I think I was called at the time - but it was worth it for that view at the top of the Stri
This is fantastic Jeanie, one of the best I have seen from Elgol.
Thank you so much Mark... knowing how many photos there are from this location, and knowing the quality of your work too, that is a compliment indeed
Superb image, makes me think of pirate ships hitting the rocks and crashing, when they get caught up in the fog and can't see. Very atmosperic image..........Sandy
Impressive shot this Jeanie
lovely atmospheric shot.....Paul
A smashing shot Sue. Very well done.
It's easy to get lost in time down here at Loch Scavaig, sitting in this beautiful scene and watching the light and weather flit across the sea and mountains, solace indeed for the soul and heart of any person landscaper or just a lover of nature.
Thank you Sandy, Les, Malc, Paul, John and Dougie.
a real stunning shot well taken .
Don't know how I missed this one Jeanie - so beautiful, perfectly taken and processed!
