I've increased the tone and added some contrast using CS5 as it looks a little flat.
The biggest failing here is in its composition.
I know it's more easily said than done but this would have worked much better if you'd been able to take it from the centre of the road, keeping the various upright components of the bridge symmetrical.

Thanks to jestertheclown - I agree composition is not good, however grabbing camera and asking the driver to slow down gave me little time to spend - just shoot! - apprecaite your time and feedback.
