I like it very much, Sandra, and your 6 second exposure has smoothed the water nicely.
I can only see one figure standing on the pier, and this figure is inevitably blurred. I considered cloning it out, but saw that the flags on the left were moving, too, and so left the figure in when I did my modification.
What I did clone out was the little boat top left because it is quite close to the lamps. I removed the buoys, too, because they just looked like blobs.
I like the little slant you have achieved, and all of your verticals are vertical.
I added canvas to the bottom of your image because I felt it looked more balanced. The amount of sky above the new pier now corresponds better to the amount of water below the old one.

I think there are a few too many comments here which are not critique and to me, seem to belong more in the general gallery.

This is a very good effort and the milky water, which I don't generally like, suits the mood (or maybe makes it!). Compositionally adding a bit of cancas to tyhe bootom as Pamela or an alternative is to add some to the top instead, both appear to balance the picture up a little. The small craft top left, to me needs to be cloned a out as it catches the eye and also is sailing out of your picture, the small buoys then will look like spots and also would IMHO be better away. The mood created here seems better with less, if you see what I mean. Sometime less gives more.
