Hi all, Last from Saturday, this ones a bit of a fight, remember taking the shot and the metering being all over the place. My 24-105 seems to be more at home with being around f11 to f14 but to pull every thing together had to open up. Im on the bench with this but thought it worth sharing..........

Big thanks to Dave for his Ua on last post..............................nice mate.

Sorry I've only been posting of late, I promise to catch up.................its very rude of me sorry again.

Have a great week.................bed time zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Paul.

A beautiful Highland scene and shot, Paul, very nicely composed and enhanced I feel by that swaithe of cloud across the mountainside.
I have never been there and from your images I can see what I have been missing.

Your choice of aperture seems to have worked beautifully Paul - sharp in the mountains despite wider aperture
with no signs of over exposure. Jeremy's spot metering suggestion is worth remembering for amateurs like me.
The mist and f/g rocks make this work a treat.

The good thing is that had you not mentioned it we wouldn't have had any idea about your metering problems. The exposure looks perfect and the image superb Paul.
