An excellent photo. Love the dramatic weather on the horizon, I wouldn't want to be caught in it mindSmile

Fine seascape, very moody, rain already falling on the horizon.

I've been at the bay here a couple of times and it's a grand place for images like this as stormy squalls blow off the ocean. You walk here from the end of the road into the Bay and it's a long walk back with a rain cloud following you, no shelter or protection, you just fasten up the buttons & zips, and take what nature blows at you.

Well done Jeanie I'm sure you got wet here, but what a place to enjoy the Scottish landscape in all it's glory.

Thank you Ron and Dougie, Smile.

Dougie thanks for your User Award and mutual appreciation of the bay.. I never got soaked to be honest - got hailstoned a couple of times and as we got back to the car, literally, a snow storm hit, which created such a whiteout we could hardly see the landscape on the drive back to our cottage - Talisker Distilliary was gone! Wow Jeanie, you keep some real stunners under wraps, I'm amazed you sat on this one for so long, talk about delayed gratification! FG wet rocks, foamy lead in, stormy skies.... It's a moody piece of work that is spectacular! Well done indeed Grin

I really like the 3D feeling you've captured here Jeanie - the way the light is striking those foreground rocks is lovely and the whole image is so atmospheric.
Regards
Anna
