Enter the boy. I know he’s not sharp but had to add him to tell the story in images going on here. I have some more great shots of Sophia coming up so please do hang around.
If you are not yet following it, it starts a few images back

Great attitude portrayed here Dianna..not to mention the expertise in capturing it..excellent work again.
I sense some suspense!
What next? Jennnn
*Jennnnn the story will unfold...glad you are staying with it
If you hadn't mentioned gun & rifle in the tags, no-one would have known it was there as it's completely invisible.
Hmmm... I definately see a rifle. Think this is the best of the lot - allthough loaded comes close. Very much like the heavy tobacco colours. Sharpness could/should be a bit better though
I really like the lighting and treatment you have given here, it makes for a very moody image.
subtle Di, Like it, he looks a bit mean
I really like the idea and how you have captured this. I find it fascinating. Love the lighting and the textures on his jumper and I love how you have caught his mood and facial expressions.
I will be watching.....
*The rifle is not completely invisible Rog, and it is dark like this to convey a mood. The brain usually compensates for what the eye cannot see. And this very well known James Dean pose would normally suggest a gun over the shoulders even if it was not there at all. The imagination is a clever old thing....
*Yep It could be sharper, my error, (as I said in the description) but it had to go in to tell the story. Still getting used to my new bulbs
*Mean, thanks ….
There is an intensity in the studied casualness of the pose that is enhanced by the tones. Can't really explain why. Fascinating series of images; good that you are stringing it out rather than giving us the whole tale as reportage - tantalising us into returning. Of course!
I love the tones in this one! Nice shot.
*Bill thanks.... you mean you find it somewhat menacing? (Think this might have been influenced by Badlands, one of my fave movies)
*Thanks Rodd and Ken
Another excellent image, has great tones and he looks quite mean
Great mood and tones Dianna, he really does look villainous
aahh thanks the excitement is building
Quote: tantalising us into returning. Of course!
you credit me with too much cunning Bill
low angle & mono for me...
Got a feeling this is gonna lead to a welders convention lol, another fine shot
superbly captured Di,,
