firstly thank you to those that voted, commented and Awarded my last image, all very much appreciated.
this is an old image from Dunraven bay, on the South Wales Coast.
v1 is a crop of v2
Whist the foreground adds some interest in image number two, it for be distracts ones eye from the wider composition. The 13second exposure has added an almost serene looking calmness over the otherwise choppy waters, whilst the colour adds warmth to the image beautifully.
two belters ant super colour and light wonderful detail v2 for me today a cracker nice one
Both very nice.
I agree with Nathan and prefer the simpler V1.
I think I prefer v2, Ant, the horizon on the upper third just looks more balanced. The silhouetted figure is an excellent addition.
The solitary figure makes it for me Ant
Two very good images have to go for V1 (yes the path is still muddy gets worse every time you visit !)
Two cracking images, cant decide which I like best so you'll have to have a half a UA for each eh! bloody marvellous matey
thank you Mark for your UA, made my night now, cheers all for your clicks and comments.
V1 for me, the figure is more obvious.
Great use of lighting,
V1 all the way for me. The foreground rock in V2 is too imposing without any light on it.
Lovely shot, the figure makes a great focal point
Beautiful colours Ant - a cracker. Think I have a slight preference for v1 but both work well
Both images work extremely well.....
2 Beautiful images which I can't decide between - stunning colours and comp.
If it's about the contemplative figure then it has to be v1 for me but both compositions work well imho.
Lovely set, I like both!
Two excellent images Ant, v1 just edges it for me. The solitary figure adds so much to this shot
Lovely image Ant. For me I just prefer V1
The solitary figure and v1 for me
No 1 for me, without he jetty, it sort of zoom n on the figure without distractions!
