34067 Tangmere a long way from home, pulling the season's first Scarborough Flyer this morning.
I thought I'd try a toned look today

V2 is full frame shot of Tangmere
V3 is the colour version of V1
V4 is the colour version of V2

Great set of images. V1 stands out. Love the sepia tone. Very effective!

I prefer the colours versions which is strange as in my youth I photographed 100's of steam trains with b/w film!

Four superb images from two lovely shots. A beautiful BofB class very well captured. I haven't a preference for colour or mono, they all look good.

Two excellent shots of this grand old loco, and my preference is with the coloured versions, Alan, although the sepia toning in V 1 does add a sense of age.

I like the composition of Vs 1 and 3, seeing more of the engine, but it has to be the colour version for me.

Love the choice of tones, each giving a different feel/atmosphere to the images, great subject well captured.
