No 5 in my series of images of Temenos - a 50m high, 100m long piece of modern art installed at Middlehaven in Middlesbrough goes a step closer in detail than its predecessors. Here we see the sky through the twisted central tube of stainless steel mesh.
I find this quite mesmerising and geometrically confusing to the eye - I wonder what you think...
Once again large is in my opinion worth the small amount of extra time!
Thanks for looking, Mike

A hugely enjoyable series, Mike. I have long appreciated the way your eye works its way round abstract shapes and selects pertinent angles and viewpoints - an engineer's eye, I suspect. I like the way you have isolated the detail here, basing your composition round the solid steel bar as counterpoint to the many shapes of the web. Fascinating indeed.

Bill
Best so far, entering into the heart of the work.
