Last Saturday I went hunting for shadowy photos and found a few.
Thanx so much for everybody's comments and votes on my Fish River Canyon upload - it really surprised me Smile

Avery graphic shadow,the intense red brick wall adding an extra texture.
The stem is right at 1/3 so the composition is very pleasing.

A very nice juxtaposition of textures - man made vs nature made; warm colors vs cool colours, and nice shadows thrown in to spice up the mix.
