Went back to Malham today and got a different light to the one we had a couple of weeks ago, but lovely all the same.
This is 'that' tree made synonymous by a certain couple of members who were on that meet. The overnight dew was lying on the limestone pavement and when the sun broke the horizon, it was pure magic ... I think I've done it justice here, let me know what if you agree or not!!!

Cheers for your time to here.

The dew has illuminated the limestone perfectly. Great shot.

Hi Paul,
Great work here. I think you have done it justice - and of course it's always worth going back again, and again, and again...
Cheers, Ian.

Paul, you have a portfolio of very high quality and this is another great addition.
Superb piece of photography.
Ian.
there was light ?
I was over that way and itwas mist and drizzel all the way!
done well here, the light on those rocks is very nice. nice light on the tree too - gives it a 3D feel in a way
Strange one Ade, great light to start with [as you can see here] then went cloudy so headed for the Scar - hardly anyone there so photographed the backside out of it and Janet's Foss ... didn't look great weatherwise ... so drove over to Ribblehead and got a couple there, but two blokes told me it had been misty there 20 minutes earlier and cleared up. With this in mind I headed back to Malham hoping for some decent late light and the sun kept poking through the clouds, but not until dusk, it clouded over about an hour before then and wasn't going to clear by the look of it, so headed back home.
