In the afternoon sun at the Royal Horticultural Society's Harlow Carr garden near Harrogate in North Yorkshire it was not only the visitors who needed to stop for refreshment.

Two of the gardeners sat with their mugs of tea and relaxed. He's just had a swig, has his eyes closed - I wonder what he's thinking (probably "Oh no there's a bloke over there with a big lens pointing it at me"!)

Good shot Mike.

After ten minutes in the garden I need something stronger than tea....

...and Bill got something stronger than tea, so he can't complain!
This is nicely sunny & relaxed, a 'first day of real spring' shot. Isn't it nice to ENJOY being outdoors again?

Moira

I'm jealous Mike , of you going to Harlow Carr. Must go and visit Rob one day and go from there . Sunshine outside and a lovely cuppa . What could be better .

The sky has gone very dark grey over here and if it starts to rain in Enniskillen it doesn't know when to stop . We have been spoilt these last two weeks . Smile xx

Good depth of field, Mike - nice detail, right down to his logo. We spent the whole day in the garden today, bliss in the sunshine.

Having just spent all of a blisteringly hot day helping the memsahib hack a route through our garden, I know just how this bloke feels. Beautifully caught and sharp as a tack, Mike.
