This is my baby.....Tippy, I thought it was about time you all met him! He is a blue roan cocker spanial currently in need of a trim!

Shot was taken in doors, converted from Raw to B&W. My first attempt at this.

Any comments/advice welcome.

I cannot resist Cockers, This is a lovely study, so very typical of the breed. Had a Cocker once, and Labradors, and Irish Setters, and Field Spaniels which I still have two of.

Arhh tippy is lovely. Spaniels make the nicest pets. I had a blue roan cocker spaniel once called sparky many yrs ago lovely dogs. Ive got a springer now and its Nuts,Denise x

Great eh... portrait. love the sharpness and the b&w. His look does the rest. Only thing, on top I would have cropped just a tiny little bit lower, thus excluding that hint of white against the border. On the bottom there is a white spot too but you probably would have to clone it out and I assume you don't want to alter his/her looks.

Lovely shot,works well in black and white,spaniels are definitely the best dogs,mad but lovely.
