This windmill is near the church on the outskirts of the small town of Thaxted in Essex. TWO versions one in colour and one in black 'n white. I wonder which works best for you?

Colour for me as well, Albert, the lovely warmth in the light is lost in mono.

Very difficult to make my choice Albert, but I'm edging towards the colour version. Great composition.

No real decision for me - colour wins, hands down! Composition is excellent. Love the swirl of the lines in the field and the lovely sky.

Works both ways, but the warmth in v1 edges out the mono this time.

Anne

Excellent, I do favour the mono version.

A delightful scene Albert. I never tire of windmill shots. The colour version just
"shades" it for me.
Mike.
