I am now entitled to the higher r ate of mobality allowance !!!!!!!!!!!! Smile

Well after months of wrangle, arguemants, meetings, appeals and so so so on the DLA have finally agreed I am entitled to the higher r ate of Mobilaty allowance, meaning i can get a nice shiney new car soon Smile , in fact off to Perth today for a look round Smile

It has been a real battle and only when an assesor chap came round and did such a going over of both me and our grounds etc did he agree i was entitled, so its a hefty sum that is aslo backdated as well Smile sunshine i reckon soon as well Smile

But seriously I know of people who get it and run a bout like chickens all day etc.

Its our front drive up to the house that the image is of and the real stumbling block to my walking home Smile

Congrats Davie nice to hear someone getting what they deserve. I was turned down for DLA recently, I have the support of 2 different consultants, one a gastro specialist and the other from pain management clinic and I was still turned down. I will plod on like you did and see if I can get the same outcome. Nice driveway to run a shiny new motor up by the way.

Good for you Dave, a challenge for a Stanna Chairlift here, maybe they will move on with the operation too.

Well done on getting it backdated (bet it isn't as far back as it should be though)

Does Wilma know you are after the Porche?
