Hi Martin, - a nice shot that can look better with a little work.

I bet when you were at this place it looked a little more "alive"?

The shot needs more contrast as its a little flat, and with this it starts to "pop" a little more.

Also, its very slightly crooked, and if its straightened and that piece of window ledge is removed it looks better still.

Thanks Willie, It is improved with contrast and these little tweaks. I like it better in colour as black and white hides the walls and doors effect.

Will keep your ideas for future and play but not a photoshopper so may have to learn more.

Not contrast for me, those super black shadows suggest there is already more than enough contrast. A bit brighter is what is needed for me. I suspect a little under exposure in the circumstances - very bright light. Brighten the whole image. A nice scene.

Decreased exposure -5.
Increased brightness and contrast +10 each.
And straightened.
