I do like the two Donkeys under the tree but I would really like to see the original xx
Very S A, Matthys, (Apart)lol
I think in this case the donkeys should have been more sharper?
Do you know that negative comments, you want so much, destroy relations?
The ones that are earned by hours of hard labor of creating them?
My advice (you may neglect it, surely):
Never ask for that, rather say:
"What don't you like /find according to your likes?"
I hope this unsolicited recommendation helps.
PS Thank you for your comments on my last photo that won a HC!
Hey George - you ready for this? Ok. Now, what don't you like about the donkeys above?
Thanks for your comments about how to get the info I'm looking for. I'll use this way in future
I like the effect, I personally would have liked just one donkey under the tree, I think the effect would have worked a lot better then. "I don't know you can't please everyone you'll be saying"
really like the soft effect but i agree with Jan i would have liked the donkeys a bit sharper
Thanks Cornelia and Jan for your comments - most appreciated. Like the effect though so I'll have to work on it - gimme time!
So you don't want any positive comments ! LOL. Well your going to get one anyway !. I like this very much. I don't think the donkeys need to be sharp. Nice one.
Hiya Matthys, I like that looking at this makes me think I've eaten magic mushrooms,lol:0. Seriuosly I do like the effect it's dreamy if you know what I mean.
Like the soft feel and great colors.
Very odd image...but then it would have to be as it's a dreamscape...it is unsettling...the colours are off, the focus wrong, the lighting strange and unusual...yep...you have captured a perfect dreamscape...well done
Thanks for the comments folks - agree entirely with the 'fuzzy donkeys'. Also agree about having only one donkey. Anyway, the main point is that you feel there's potential here, and that's great.
ps. like the comment about the mushrooms!
Will not be on ePZ to comment on photos until end of June.
Going to opening of World Soccer Cup in Mnchen, Germany.
Thereafter annual simulator training in Madrid, Spain.
I love the softness in this fabelous image !
well done my friend !
thanks for your comments !
find this image just makes me smile Matthys love those donkeys. The play of light is lovely in all those differing shades of green -
I thought my eyes were going funny again, LOL. I like what you've done here, very effective. I thought from the thumbnail it was a donkey push-me-pull-you! OK, I think I need a lie down! Lyns x
Lynsey - LOL! All I can say is "IT WORKED!"
I. The list of your works I like and why:
-Misty morning. Very creative
-Spring is out #1. Good B&W
-The doorway. Very human
-Curious Excellent B&W photo
-Thoughts The best for me.
II. About your photo.
Good colors, nicely arranged an illustration for a book for kids, but the picture made me neutral, indifferent, didn't touch me.
I didn't see your self in it.
I believe you need to identify the area of your interests in the art and just go for it.
Thank you for your comments on my latest photos.
Please come again
Hi Matthys,I like this it would make a good illustration for a childrens book,or a chopping board made of glass with a beautiful scene on it.I can think of lots of things to do with this photograph.Excellent shot.Take care.Ann
I agree with Ann that this looks like an illistration for a children's book - like it!
it does remind me of a childrens fairytale type image.. the donkey from Shrek has a twin? :0) it does have a dreamy type effect going on.
once again quite magical,
so your asking for negative comments are you? a clever way to get people going surley haa haa
My two pence worth Matthys is the large version is what you need to study, the small one doesn't do it justice and personally I like it a lot but with the rider that the donkeys should be sharper, not sharp, or the atmosphere would be destroyed, but the use of lens blur in PS CS would do the trick admirably
Thanks all for your great and useful comments.
