I've been off line for awhile. Doing some remodeling and had to move the furniture around. But I'm back now and was going through some old pictures from my Tyler trip. I just like all the mahogany in this one.
The backstairs and hallway. Juiced it up a little in CS3. Hope you like it.

In my opinion, this photograph is well taken, correctly exposed and sharply focussed. I also like the photoshopping. However, that said, I would say that there is no main focal point to the photograph. My attention wanders aimlessly from stairway to display cabinet, from display cabinet to the flowers, from the flowers to the chair, and so on. My eyes are not led to one oject on which to focus my attention. It would be a different story if there were someone standing on the stairway.
