Alda im not trying to criticize your work but there is too much friend voting on here,ive had it before,check my pulpit rock shot with boobies,if everyone says your photo is great then you will carry on doing what you are doing and not learn from it,,,even though i only got two votes for my dragon shot,the blending in makes it look like it was on top of the rock but your statue clearly doesnt,better to switch off the voting and ask for critique instead,you will learn a whole lot more xx

I am not offended at all. This is after all not a normal photo, but digital art, and has to be viewed as such. I am all for improving my photography and welcome any critique, but digital art is what it is
How I disagree with illuvator. I loved this image and decided on the GEA before I knew whose it was. Although Alda has recently been added to my list of connections, this had no influence on me giving the award. I really enjoyed the image and hence the award. I find his comments just sour grapes.
