I make no apology for uploading this...... being as the few die-hards among us got off the bus, and endured the rain, wind and cold to try to get some shots here : )

I dedicate this to all those who got off the bus at the Rowardennan/Glencoe trip, lol!!!

2.5 secs @ F/18, ISO 100, 121s grad, lots of wiping of the lens/filter to remove rain!!!!!

Sorry to Shane, Cheesey and Mike for re-uploading. I forgot to remove a huge rainspot - will put the orig up in mods to show you... removed it now!

It's such a photogenic place, one day i'll make the trip Smile

Just finding the spill from the water a tad overbright, it seems at odds with the rest of the image which has a nice balance.

This is fantastic Jeanie, makes me wish I'd taken my camera with me, though I know it wouldn't have survived the water!

Maybe in March?

Lovely capture missus, I know what the conditions were like 'cause we were just packing up and they were getting worse by the minute, so you did very well to get this one.

A beauty Jeanie.....every single little waterfall looks gorgeous, lovely clarity in the pools of water too.

This is nothing short of a miracle either, when we drove through at just after 10am, you couldn't see a thing for the sheets of rain.....and yet this was taken that very day!!!

I've never yet seen a pic of this with the sun out. Does it never happen?

And well done for making the effort, you are an expert in this type of specialist photography!

... sound intriguing, will keep an eye out, I'm sure it'll all become clear tomorrow.

Fabulous composition.
Great colors, lighting and exposure.
I like so much the water effect in the small falls.
Nice perspective.
Like a lot Smile

Excelent and awsome image.
However it pains me to see the ammount of dust that is on your sensor. The two most irritating spots are laft and right at the bottom of the tree branches, plus a few more around the place.
That said well done for seeing the shot.

Allan sorry about that - I thought I had got most of the rainspots - If you had seen the rain we endured, you would know it was almost imposstible to get a shot here that day.
