If this image and my previous upload remind you of something you saw recently then you probably watched the first episode of the BBC's adaptation of Great Expectations on Monday night. The opening shot in the first scene took the viewer along this dyke clearly showing the church albeit with some added gravestones and lots of atmospheric mist. Of course that scene was supposed to be the Higham marshes on the south bank of the Thames estuary and the beeb did some impressive CGI work to achieve that "relocation"

I think this shot lacks the impact given by the foreground reeds in my last upload but IMO the light is better. I will leave you to judge.

I did see it this lovely church in Great Expectations and I agree with you about the light and the reeds. It's a special location - brought to life here!

While watching the TV adaption of Great Expectations I saw your church Derek, if we had budgets as large at the BBC we could maybe match your quality my friend.
