One from early this year. Not had a good chance to get out of late and get anything I really like. So working through some older shots and re-working them or trying new things with them.

Hope you like this one, I tried to calibrate my monitor the other day with a spyder and well to be honest I either did it wrong or it was messed up lol.

Working to get things the way I like them again.

Bear with me in the meantime and hope this looks the way I want, Im not sure if its dark enough?

All the best, Tommy

Looks fine to me, Tommy, but after my shot yesterday, I wouldn't set any store by what I see Wink

Looks fine on my laptop, but could maybe do with a little better light on the foreground to lift it up a little. Lovely view and a cracking sky.

I use the eye 1, 2 and it's so easy no setting contrast with monitor buttons that are always tiny. 5 Minutes and perfect colour.

Never managed the Cloch but one of these days Tommy.

All the very best

Horizons spot on, I think the the slant in the ripples of the water may make it look a little off but I used the ruler to make sure I had it spot on.. Smile

Tommy... it's a bit brighter than your usual shots and looks less worked...?

The sky is unusual so it's worth giving it a bit more "treatment" and uploading a variation.

Tommy, I don't know how you want this to look, so can't really comment on your calibration. Like Dougie I use the eye one 2 and am very happy with it. Before that, I tried a Pantone Huey (before the pro version came out), and wasn't happy with the results.

Hi Tommy,
See you were down at Gourock,i know the Cloch lighthouse, hope you didn't get your feet too wet getting this one. It's brighter than your usual style but that sky is to die for and the stones are sparkling away, beautiful as it looks like the water has just gone over them, love the angle you've taken the Cloch from.Take care,AnnSmile
