I took this back in the summer from Kenfig Pool near Pyle, Bridgend looking over towards Port Talbot Steelworks. It just looked to me like the smoke coming out of the chimney had created the amazing cloud formation in the sky - its ok the men in white coats aren't too far away......... Wink lol

I thought mono gave it a more dramatic look.

Apologies to all for not commenting much lately, will try to catch up soon.

There's certainly a strange mimicry in the relationship between the smoke and the cloud, Mari. The B&W treatment adds an abstract quality to this image. As for the men in the white coats, they should be at your door in the next ten minutes. Smile

Great shot, nice reflection off the water and the clouds are wonderful - love the title, it was the first thing that struck me too, but I'm not sure that helps your insanity case Smile

Tremendously powerful composition of this wonderful sky Mari, I'm still playing catchup from my trip North.

All the very best
